Oilgear C-1211 radial rolling piston pump belongs to the category of hydraulic pumps that ensure constant delivery and one-way displacement. This pump will find its application in open-loop systems when the application requires stable performance coupled with long service life. Being from the established C Series from Oilgear, this pump draws from a hydraulic design heritage brought into industrial service as far back as 1921.
The C-1211 features Oilgear's heavy-duty radial rolling piston design for exceptionally smooth operation, very low internal wear, and reliable flow delivery during unrelenting operational duty cycles. This design makes the pump ideal for industrial applications requiring predictable and consistent hydraulic output.
With a displacement of up to 82.42 cc/rev, the Oilgear C-1211 provides flow on the basis of pump size, operating pressure, and speed of drive shaft. It discharges fluid in one direction only. In applications requiring the reversal of flow within the hydraulic circuit, external directional control valves may be used.
It is rated for a maximum of 1800 RPM and supports a maximum continuous pressure of 1500 psi, handling peak pressures of 3000 psi. These ratings enable the C-1211 to operate reliably in continuous-duty applications while tolerating short-term pressure surges.
Oilgear C Type pumps are available in several pump sizes, each with specific flow capacities at 2500 psi and standard drive speed, making sizing a system straightforward. Each model is flanged and equipped with an adjustable relief valve to safely guard against overloading conditions in the hydraulic system. The C-1211 is available with clockwise or counterclockwise input shaft rotation, or reversing shaft rotation for ease of installation.
Oilgear C-1211 are built with robust materials and these are used in very extensive applications in industrial hydraulic systems where dependability could mean everything. It is also recommended by Oilgear that legacy C Type pumps be replaced with the newer PVV pump series, when system upgrades or modernization will be required.
