The Oilgear C-10017 Radial Rolling piston pump is a reflection of many years of successful design and is a classic design for constant hydraulic system applications. The compact, robust design of this radial rolling piston pump has made it a classic for many years in hydraulic systems.

With an Schultz Number of 533.39cc/rev, the C-10017 produces high fluid volume for each rotation, thereby fitting perfectly into applications where there is a need for reliable fluid volume output at lower rotation speeds. The pump rotates for a maximum of 900 RPM, thus providing efficient and quiet operations with lower mechanical parts wear and tear.

The Oilgear C-10017 has a Continual Operating Pressure Rating of 2500 psi, with Peak Pressure Ratings reaching as high as 3000 psi. It is capable of handling high pressure as well as high flows. Flow Rate is dependent on configuration and size, ranging from as high as 108.0 gpm at 2500 psi with Standard Drive Speed.

Designed with the radial rolling piston mechanism from Oilgear, the C-10017 is quite robust and resistant to any possible internal wear. The fluid is released in one direction only, and the reversing of the system is possible using external directional control valves. The pump is usable with the rotation of the shaft in the clockwise direction, counterclockwise direction, or reverse shaft rotation. An adjustable relief valve on the pump protects the hydraulic system from any possible overload.

Oilgear C-10017 series is commonly used in industrial machinery, hydraulic power units, metal forming machines, presses, or traditional hydraulic systems, where precise flow characteristics or high mechanical strength are required. Though Oilgear suggests migrating their existing PVV pump series, such as the C-10017, to newer PVV pump series designs for new systems, it is still a viable option for existing systems.
