Oilgear PVM-065 Variable Displacement Hydraulic Pump is a high-performance variable-displacement axial-piston pump from the legacy series of Oilgear. Designed for open-loop hydraulic systems, this pump offers a strong blend of adjustable flow, robust pressure capability, and smooth hydraulic control. These are ideal for medium- to heavy-duty applications where responsiveness and efficiency are essential.
With its max displacement of 65 cc/rev, PVM-065 gives enough fluid movement per shaft revolution, which allows it to do the job of high hydraulic power without overweighting your system. This mid-to-higher displacement makes it well suited for driving medium-sized cylinders, hydraulic presses, actuator circuits, power units, and mobile equipment hydraulics.
This pump is compatible with a steady-state operating pressure of up to 260 bar, making it highly suitable for heavy-duty applications while keeping flow and pressure characteristics stable. This rating of pressure will keep the PVM-065 running reliably in an industrial environment when performance under load is critical.
The PVM-065 is rated at a maximum speed of about 2700 RPM. In normal rated conditions-such as 1800 RPM and continuous pressure-it produces about 105.6 litres per minute (≈ 27.9 gallons per minute) of hydraulic flow. This output level ensures high midrange flow for systems needing responsive behavior without sacrificing precision or power.
Variable-displacement technology gives PVM-065 an edge in performance. Unlike fixed displacement pumps that always deliver the same flow, the output of a variable displacement pump varies with system demand.
