Oilgear PVM-064 Variable Displacement Axial Piston Hydraulic Pump is a powerful and versatile representative of Oilgear's classic series, PVM. This pump, for open-loop hydraulic systems, offers strapping performance with flexible control of flow. Because of this, it is well-suited for medium- and heavy-duty industrial and mobile applications that require stable flow, critical control, and a long service life.
The central part of the PVM-064 involves the displacement level: 64 cc/rev, characterized by a high volume of hydraulic fluid given per revolution, which ensures that a large volume flow is efficiently supplied in systems where such a high flow rate will be required. Its open-loop design simplifies installation and system layout while providing the responsiveness and adaptability needed in modern hydraulic applications.
In terms of the capacity of operation, the PVM-064 supports a maximum continuous pressure of 260 bar, approximately 3750 psi, hence allowing performance on fairly demanding conditions reliably. The maximum rating for the speed of the pump is approximately 2400 RPM, which allows a balanced combination of controlled flow delivery and mechanical stability, suited for systems with disparate load demands.
The PVM-064, under rated conditions of 1800 RPM and rated continuous pressure, provides a constant flow of approximately 100.7 L/min (≈ 26.6 gpm).
