The Oilgear PVG-100 Variable Displacement Axial Piston Pump is designed for powerful, stable and efficient hydraulic performance. With 100 cc/rev displacement this pump is for heavy duty hydraulic systems where continuous high pressure, smooth output and quick response is required. It’s part of Oilgear’s advanced PVG series trusted in industrial and mobile applications for its durability, precision and long life.
The PVG-100 is an open loop circuit pump and operates up to 2,400 RPM. It can handle continuous pressure up to 345 bar and peak pressure up to 400 bar. This makes it suitable for machines and hydraulic units that run long hours and need high output without performance drop. At its rated operating point the pump delivers 42.4 gpm and ensures fluid movement in large hydraulic circuits.
Oilgear has designed this pump for longevity. The internal rotating group has hardened surfaces for reduced friction and wear. The swashplate runs on polymer coated journal bearings and the swashblock gets pressure lubrication for smooth operation even under heavy loads. These design features allow the pump to run with low viscosity fluids and improved contamination tolerance which is critical for harsh industrial environments.
The PVG-100 also has a fast 4-way pilot operated displacement control. This control gives fast flow adjustment and operator control and consistency during fast cycling operations. The quick response makes it suitable for hydraulic presses, construction equipment, drilling rigs, material handling systems, mobile machinery and industrial power units.
Installation flexibility is another advantage of the PVG-100. The pump can be ported top, bottom or rear and is available with various shaft designs, rotational options and sealing materials like Viton or Buna-N. This allows engineers to match the pump to their existing hydraulic setup.
